Instructions: * Soak in ice cold water for at least 10 hours. The wrap will stay inflated for 3 days or more. For peak efficiency - soak over night in icy cold water - this will insure that the wrap will expand to it's maximum, ready to use, on call to give it's All. * Re - condition the wrap by taking it from neck, swinging it around in the air several times, place it back on the neck.
