The 7 Rules

1. Free shipping does not apply to massage oils; gem elixirs; oils on sale; or if the order includes items which are not an essence or essential oil. Only essence and essential oils qualify for free shipping. If your order includes anything else, please do not request free shipping, please. (one possible suggestion for those who have oils and  non-oils items for purchasing: make two separate orders - one with oils to receive the free shipping and a second order with the others items which do not qualify for free shipping)

2. Please do not request free shipping  if your order includes massage oils, please.

3. Please do not request free shipping if the order is to ship outside of the continental United States.

4. Free surprise gift can be requested  for any order that is $50 or more. This offer is not limited to essence and essential oils only (please see details to left). However, please read the next rule…

5. If you would like to request free shipping and a free surprise gift combined,  your order must not only be essence/essential oils only - - - to receive both, your order total must also be $75 or more before shipping charges are added.

6. If you do not understand these rules thoroughly, please do one of the following:  do not make the request; or call the Monastery for clarification (1 870 449 4361).

How to Receive Free Shipping

Receive  free shipping on domestic orders consisting of essence/ essential oils only** and  totaling over $25 by entering in the comments field on the order form - "My oil order is over $25. Free shipping please!" (or by sending this request via a separate e-mail within 1/2 hour after placing your order). Free shipping applies to orders consisting of exclusively essence/essential oils** 

Free shipping does not apply to oils on sale
(domestic orders only and over $25).

**Essence/essential oils only meaning ESSENCE/ESSENTIAL OILS PURELY - i.e. please do not request free shipping when placing an order which includes items such as incense, aromatherapy accessories, etc.;
  and especially do not request free shipping  for orders which include items into which essence/essential oils have been added  -
ex: massage oils (all-natural carrier oils into which the essence oils have been added);
gem elixirs, liquid castille soaps, etc.

Please note:
The shipping fee cannot be deducted by the automated invoice system by entering requests in the comments field on the order form.
The shipping fee will be deducted manually here at the Monastery at time of shipment. Please be assured that all qualifying requests for free shipping will be processed accordingly.

How to Receive a Free Surprise Gift

Receive a free surprise gift with any order totaling over $50 by entering in the comments field on the order form - "My order is over $50. Free surprise gift please!" (or by sending this request via a separate e-mail within 1/2 hour after placing your order). Free gift only valid for orders totaling over $50 prior to shipping costs along with above request transmitted

Note: Free offers (i.e. free gift, free complimentary samples, free shipping) cannot be combined unless your order is over $75.00
