I have received your kindness in the form of a gift of charcoal for the burning of incense. Please know that long after it is consumed, the true gift of peace and love that you sent will continue to burn for me. I am truly grateful. As I seek Truth, I will often fail. Sometimes I will see only the lies that fill the empty spaces where Truth has been denied, or ignored, or forgotten. Your kindness will help to remind me. When intellect, logic, reason and rationalizations blinds us to The Truth we all know as babes but learn to forget, all kindnesses remind us. Truth is Love, Forgiveness, Mercy, Compas - sion, Empathy. Where there is Love, there can be no hatred. Where there is Forgiveness, vengeance can not prevail. Where there is Compas - sion, how can there be cruelty?
I will try to remember. I'll keep your note in my home and when I burn the incense, I will remember my Purple People friends. I tell my friends and family about you and direct them to your web site. After I send this note, I'll go back to it myself.
